Villa and Garden Pest Control in Antalya
Our villa and garden pest control service in Antalya covers gardens, pool surrounds, landscaped areas and the base of the building, dealing with scorpions, centipedes, sandflies and ants. The price of garden living here is that everything outside eventually tries to get in — so in a villa the real work happens outdoors.

Cutting the route in
In villas and detached houses pests almost always come from outside. Treatment indoors holds only as long as the outdoor source is stopped; if it continues, new individuals arrive every week.
So we build the treatment as two rings: a continuous barrier along the base of the building, and targeted treatment at the points in the garden that provide shelter. Indoors we handle only the entry points and any active areas found.
Where the risk sits in a garden
- Landscaping stones, rockeries and stacked brick, tile or firewood
- Irrigation lines and around drip systems — constant moisture
- Pool plant room and technical rooms
- Lawn-to-wall joints, hedge bases, planter edges
- Drains, gullies and garden waste outlets
- External lighting — it gathers night-flying insects and draws predators
What we do about scorpions
Scorpions are a concern in Antalya from May through October and the single most common reason villa owners call. They shelter in cool, damp, dark places during the day and move at night to hunt. Treatment targets those shelters: under stones, stacked materials, wall cracks and garden drains.
The barrier applied around the building makes it harder for them to cross from the external wall inwards. Alongside that we point out the physical measures — door brushes, insect screens, sealing service penetrations in the external wall — that extend how long the treatment holds.
Sandflies and flying insects
Sandflies are a known feature of Antalya summers. They breed in damp soil, become active in the evening and are small enough to pass through a standard insect screen. Treatment targets the breeding grounds: soil that stays wet after irrigation, planter edges, shaded plant bases and around the pool.
How long a garden treatment holds depends on irrigation and rainfall. Heavily watered gardens may need two treatments across the summer; we tell you which applies during the survey.
Plants, pool and pets
Products for garden work are chosen and dosed so they do not harm plants. If there are fruit trees or a vegetable patch we assess those areas separately and leave them out of the treatment where necessary.
The pool is covered during treatment. We tell you exactly when pets can go back into the garden — generally once surfaces are dry.
FAQ
Villa & Garden Pest Control — frequently asked questions
Will garden treatment harm my plants?
Not with the right product and dose. If there are fruit trees or a vegetable patch we assess those separately and leave them out where necessary.
Will I never see a scorpion again after treatment?
Nobody can honestly promise that in a house with a garden. The treatment substantially reduces their ability to shelter and get inside. If numbers do not drop, call within 10 days and we re-treat at no charge.
When can I water the garden after treatment?
Surfaces need to dry fully. Generally not watering for 24 hours after treatment lets the product hold. We give you the exact figure for your garden.
What if it rains?
The products are chosen to bind to the surface, but heavy rain immediately after treatment can reduce the effect. If that happens within 24 hours, call us and we will come back.
If you've seen one, don't wait
Early treatment is both quicker and cheaper. Call before 17:00 and we'll come today.
