1. Data controller

2. What data we process

There is no contact form on this site. Your name, telephone number, address and similar personal data are not collected or stored through the site. Contact is made entirely by telephone and WhatsApp.

During your visit, and only if you consent to cookies, anonymised usage data is processed via Google Analytics 4 for the purpose of measuring visit statistics. This includes pages visited, time on site, referring source, device and browser type, approximate location at city level and click events within the site.

3. Telephone and WhatsApp contact

When you call or write on WhatsApp, your number and the information you provide are processed for the purpose of delivering the service. Those conversations take place on WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. Your data is not used for any purpose other than carrying out the service and is not shared with third parties.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Your personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, for the purpose of responding to your service request and contacting you, on the legal basis that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract. Analytics cookies rely solely on your explicit consent.

5. Cookies

Only measurement cookies are used on the site. There are no advertising tracking or profiling cookies. The preference you give through the cookie banner is stored in your browser; you can change it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings. Analytics cookies do not run unless you consent.

6. Retention

Analytics data is retained for the standard retention period set by Google Analytics 4. Information provided by telephone or WhatsApp is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service and assess any guarantee claims.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
