Why the building is one organism
Flats look independent, but plumbing risers, drainage lines, electrical channels and ventilation voids turn a block into a single network. Cockroaches move between floors through it; a source on the ground floor feeds the flats above.
That is why in apartment work we deal with communal areas and the perimeter before individual flats. Without cutting the source, treating inside a flat gives only temporary relief.

Is treating only the communal areas enough?
In most cases treating the communal areas and the perimeter cuts the source. If a colony is established inside a particular flat, that flat needs entering too — we tell you during the survey.
Do residents need to be at home?
Not for communal area treatment. Only residents who want their own flat treated need to be there or leave a key.
What about pets in the garden?
Animals should be kept inside on the day and food and water bowls lifted. We tell you when they can go back out after the garden treatment.
How do you agree terms with the management?
After the survey we send the scope and price in writing. For managements wanting an annual programme we set the treatment calendar up front.
