Why the problem keeps coming back

Supermarket sprays kill the insect you can see but never reach the source. Cockroaches and ants keep many times their visible numbers inside wall cavities, plumbing shafts and behind cabinets. Kill the visible ones and the colony refills the gap within weeks.

The second reason is your building. In apartment blocks the drainage, gas and electrical channels form a single connected network. Treating one flat in isolation often means the same problem returns a fortnight later, which is why we also record every point where your flat opens onto the rest of the building.

Where we actually treat

Treatment means hitting the right points, not covering every surface. When we arrive we first identify the species and the density; the method follows from that.

• Kitchen: under the counter, behind cabinets, fridge motor housing, bin area
• Bathroom and WC: drain openings, siphon voids, pipe entry holes
• Heat sources: around the boiler, electrical panel, socket and switch cavities
• Entry points: under doors, window frames, balcony drains, ventilation
• Storage: pantry, shoe cupboards, fitted wardrobes, skirting boards

Homes with children or pets

We change the method rather than the care level. Instead of spraying open surfaces we use gels and bait systems placed where insects can reach and children and cats cannot.

We tell you what to prepare beforehand — covering the aquarium, moving the bird cage, lifting the food bowls. Afterwards you get written notes on when to re-enter and which surfaces to wipe and which to leave alone.

What 'odourless' means

The licensed products we use are microencapsulated and water-based, so no sharp chemical smell lingers and nothing stains furniture or walls. Ventilation usually takes one to two hours depending on the pest and the method; we give you the exact figure during the survey.

Odourless does not mean weak. Microencapsulation keeps the product active on the surface for longer — the smell comes from the solvent, not from the effect.

Guarantee and what follows

Home treatments carry our satisfaction guarantee. If pests appear within 10 days of the treatment we come back and treat again at no charge. That window is not arbitrary: newly hatched insects emerge in roughly that period, and the second visit closes the cycle.

Seeing dead insects for a few days afterwards is normal and is a sign the treatment is working. If there is still live movement at the end of the 10 days, call us and we will come.
